Refund & Returns Policy

We pack all of our orders very carefully to ensure they are protected during shipping but unfortunately on rare occasions damages may happen. Please let us know by sending photographic proof of damage during delivery within 48 hours of delivery. Once we have established damage was caused in transit we will offer a refund or replace your item.

Our returns policy offers a refund or exchange for another product being the same size and price providing you return the item within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email info@alandme.co.uk including your order number and your intention for refund or exchange and we will send you instructions. Please note for refunds send your email within 14 days from receipt of your order.

You must return your item in the same condition as you received it, unused, in its original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for postage on all returns.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method we aim to process within 10 business days.
